I e-mailed the seller and no questions asked they're going to give me a replacement, I tried the reciever in the computer downstairs and had the same problem, 'Unknown Device' so I'm thinking Windows doesn't like the reciever, maybe there's a slight fault there... *sigh* I'll let you know what the new one is like... hehe
it sound that way - if another working mouse acctually arrives - i´ll have to reconcider an eBay purchase - although theres not much chance of that
Well the new mouse is here... IT WORKS!!! It arrived and the left click button was hard to press down, turns out a bit of plastic had snapped and was in the way, I removed it and it's fine, I'm now using it with a big smile on my face The extra buttons are awesome!!

Haha, you must have been unlucky with eBay so far then, I've only had one problem and that was not recieving an item, the seller had loads of complaints around the same time as mine and through Paypal the issue was resolved and I got my money back.
