Ok the PC upgrade arrives monday, no doubt i need to put windows on again but the decision is which one to put on?

I have windows XP pro, never had an issue with it so i'm swaying towards the "if it aint broke don't try to fix it" side

But i also have Vista ultimate X64 too....

Whats the support like for 64 bit vista? Are all the drivers around and such?

    easy, neither,

no, but seriously, the world will probably be using Vista soon, but personally i'd wait until Vista SP2 is released

as for 64bit, it was coming slowly & it's probably speeded up, however, i don't actually know

if i had to choose, i personally pick XP, as Vista eats hardware resources for breakfast

Well having a triple boot system, win 98 / XP / Vista , I would go with XP..
Right now it is way more staple and easier on resources..
