printer refill

    i have a xerox phaser 3100mfp printer. it is not printing further and giving error "toner empty refill."
    i have refill it but still the problem persists...I come to know there is chip or reset code problem. i donot know about it... plz help...

    Did you refill it with new toner? Is it an original toner or a substitute?

    Ok, but is it original toner from the manufacturer, or made by another company?

    Some printers don't take third party toners
