    Hi!

Using Windows 8 64bit here and I have a Asus 27" model display. But the letters have some weird (well, I think so) purple anti-aliasing. I will attach some exapmles. Any ideas what the problem could be? Please note that the monitor gets direct sunlight for about 40 mins or so each day (I know that's bad, but I kind of have to have it where it is right now....)

Well, I guess I will have to play around with the settings. It is not that obvious unless every text on the display has such purplish AA. Anyway, it's also completely possible that I'm looking into it too much.

How long is the cable from your graphics card to your monitor?
Also is the cable old or cheap?
