Which one do you have ? Is it a Tower or is it the SFF ? To me it sounds like a Heat problem.. Take off the side panel and start it, then look at your CPU fan..

Check your Bio's for a fan setting to change it if possible, Or you will need to buy a New fan..

Look under health settings or somethings else, You will just have to look around since all bio's are different.. You can also try load defaults settings, Or also pull the bio's battery out for 10 minutes , Then reinstall... plus You might have to remove the fan and heatsink and reset them..

To get a True reading on the CPU temp, you need to go into the Bio's and look under Health or something similar... I would take off the fan and Manually spin
it by hand to see if it is bad or not, Spin it by hand, it should spin about 4 to 5 times if Good, If it spins like about 1 or 2 spins, it is bad..
    I would just change it...

Ok, Take a look at your Fan and Heat sink, Is the heat sink clogged up with dust ? I would just clean the heat sink, and install a NEW Fan...
