AMDMB has a 12-way 80mm fan lovin' going on for those who'd like to see how different fans stack up.

I haven't read it yet (typical me), but AMDMB has pretty good reviews, so I'd say this is a safe bet. I wouldn't post stuff that's crap...well, usually. :chk: Oh, yeah, a link might be nice.

I even think my volcano 9 at lowest speed(1500rpm) is loud lol but that can be due to my psu fan.

I guess it depends on what you can put up with. I have one buddy that put a ton of fans in his machine. It roared to life everytime you turned it on---literally.
As for watercooling, just make sure you get a mobo with the four holes around it.

I used to think that my system (with the stock hsf and one standard ballbearing fan) was loud.
After having listened to the vantec tornado, I now know what loud is !

Imagine having 4 in your case, thats what I had. It WAS CRAZY! And i MEAN CRAZY!

None the less, this review was awsome, althogugh ive used like 85% of the fans mentioned, im taking it cool, and i MIGHT buy a watercooling system, you need to have great knoledge, and know your stuff, if something goes wrong your SCREWED. AND you dont want to go cheap, cheap watercooling means cheap job wich means cheapp cheap which means it'll fuxor up on you.
