is that idle? its a little warm i have to say but i dont think its enough to make your computer crash, unless your graphics card really heats upwhen playing a game, i think up to 65/70 is alright...its high but its alright also please tell us your PSU rating, help us to help you if you dont then we really cant help much more, there's too many things to consider...
either, put a details list of your computer specs in your signature as i have done, or put your specs in the my computer section in your user cp.
you dont need to check your PSU temp, we need to know the details of your PSU, the make/model number and ratings, like the wattage, amps and rails etc...
oh dear, its a generic PSU, and its skimpy...i'd seriously consider a new one look here for a guide to buying a new PSU, i'd look at something along the lines of 400-450Watts with decent Amps on the 12v Rail(s)
look for a psu with from a manufaturer like antec, ocz, hiper, tagen, and other popular brands, dont get a psu that is cheap and is 550w or somthing and has lots of lights and is very colourfull, also never get a psu for under £40
