If you have some serious cash to drop on an LGA775 motherboard, you probably would like the Asus P5AD2-E Premium i925XE-based one that [H]ard|OCP has on their review block:

The ASUS P5AD2-E Premium is the first motherboard that we have seen operate through all of our stock speed benchmarks and stress testing with no extra airflow being required. Simply put, we removed the fan-driven CPU cooler and installed our Koolance water cooling system and the board worked fine at stock speeds. This is the very first motherboard, out of a long line of socket LGA775 motherboards that have been able to do this. This alone is a huge sign of motherboard stability to me. The motherboard did require cooling for the components surrounding the CPU when overclocking.

They really seemed to like this board. So much so, they gave it their "Must Have Hardware" award, which doesn't get handed to just anything. You can read why this looks to be another winner for Asus over here.
