    Yes it's finally here, ATI's newest technology that aims to give nVidia's SLI a run for it's money. Expect to see this technology on high-end mobo's such as the Xpress 200 for instance.
    "ATI are combining the launch of their CrossFire technology and chipset support for both AMD & Intel motherboards which gives support for 2 16x PCI Express slots. But can this ATI Radeon CrossFire beat Nvidia SLI which has been out some time now.

    ATI Radeon Xpress 200 CrossFire-Edition chipset will feature two PCI Express x16 slots with x8 connection. When only one video graphics card is used the BIOS will automatically update the PCI Express slot to suit one or two cards if supported by the individual motherboard maker.

    The Radeon CrossFire chipset is also able to support an on-board integrated graphics engine such that six displays can be used at the same time."
