The above sound doesn't have a internal SPDIF connector but your motherboard should! which motherboard is it? did you graphics card not come with the required cables (its the same cable that connects the DVD drive to the motherboard for sound e.g. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B002TGDUQE)

I think your just gonna have to use the onboard sound, since your sound card doesn't have a internal SPDIF connector (2-pin molex). I had a look around google but didn't find anything solid to suggest you could can use your sound cards external SPDIF coax out to the graphics card SPDIF. The only thing I've found is this thread which suggests its not possible.

so you suggest to connect the spdif out of the mainboard (its an rca jack) directly to tv hdmi audio input?

Nope, you should connect the S/PDIF Out from the motherboard to your graphics card with the wire that came with the GPU. I've attached an image with the SPDIF out highlighted on the motherboard (its the black one), your wire should connect to that and the other end to the graphics card, which should also have a similar connector. After that it might just start to work, otherwise its probably down to software configuration.
