Hey i got a good computer that i bought 1 year ago i added a 9800 gt and a 500 watt power supply.(i thought that my video card was bad so i changed it) And i still have problem with low fps in some games and in others i got no problem

Problem ones: Team fortress 2 left 4 dead dow2 gta 4 sims 3(thoses game require lot of processor no?)

Finds ones : fallout 3 farcry 2 assassin creed killing floor cod4 spores + low pc games( those games are suppose to be hard to run no?)

My fps is around 20 in problem one and around 30 in finds one, i can switch my video setting to high or to low i cant see any fps difference.
I tried customize any setting i cant find why, here my spec everything should be in there just add a 9800 GT nvidia card and a 500 watt power suply it an acer m5100 when i bought it. And my computer making lot of noise, but my fans look like their are running find no dust or anything,

My cpu usages is between 15 a 70 % when playing what i consider normal,

Hi and welcome to the forum.
It sure looks like you have enough pow. Have you ever had a look at your task manager while playing to see what other processes are running?
