The popular p2p network Bit Torrent has leaked pre-release copies of Apple's new OS codenamed Tiger. It turns out that 3 developers made the leak with Tiger and are now being sued by Apple for damages. This leak will allow virus/worm writers to easily find flaws and holes in the new OS and have viruses ready for the day its officially released. Developers have to sign strict non-disclosure agreements before they can have the pre-release version.
