Hello, My friends HP Z1 AIO computer did some Windows 10 updates (said it took hours to complete) and now it boots up to a black screen no cursor. I have tried doing a system restore, but the only dates he had were from the same day this happened 9/30/16. Restore didn't fix it. We can boot up in Safe Mode just fine. When I went into check on what updates were installed that day there were about 25-30 pertaining to Office 2010 and 3 for Windows itself. I uninstalled the 3 Windows updates thinking that might help, but it didn't! I also updated the Video driver along with about 10 other drivers while in Safe Mode, but that didn't help either. I'm stuck! Please Help, Thank You, Rob S.
