    Hey,
I have recently built my own computer. The problem im having with it is that when i go to boot it up, the machine turns on, but then it keeps resetting itself so it is like flickering on and off an and off as soon as i boot it. I need help here... im seriously stressed coz i can't figure out the problem!

Sounds like it could be a grounding problem. Check the risers that the motherboard is mounted to and make sure none of the solder points on your MoBo are coming into contact with your chassis.

If what he said doesn't work, try stripping down the system to its bare minimum (1 hdd, no cd, 1 stick of ram, etc.) and see if it boots normally. this will test if the psu can handle all your components at once.

Please provide us with your detailed system specs, it will help us help you.
