    Hi
Machine with Intel Desktop board, the cpu and smps fans keeps working even after shutdown command (xp).
    Workarounds:
Did play in Power options - Advanced
    Changed bios battery
Restructured all the wiring on the mobo
Looks the main's Ac is done, but the 0 and 1 signals still on the mobo, could it be a discharge problem on the mobo?
    Any workarounds?

    Thanks
    Kiran

I think you might have switched up some wires..Altough you can't do much wrong with that..
Try resetting the BIOS to default settings.

yea ! There is something wrong here... What is your Motherboards make and model ? There should be a setting in your Bio's for fan control... Pull your Bio's battery out for 10 minutes and put back.. This will reset your bio's to default..Also open your case and check your wiring...Take a look at What fans are staying on..
