create a Theme to windows XP

    Can I create new color scheme to windows XP?
    I wish to change my Windows theme.
    But I have found more viruses when I download those.:eek:
    So I like to create my own theme.
    How can I create a Theme to windows XP?

    Windowblinds would be your best bet, StyleXP is another. Stardock makes all kinds of that kind of Software...
