Well, here's a mod that I started a few years back. While it's been pretty much done, I haven't finalized anything. I did have some acrylic window in there, but I'd put it in before I put in my fan. I ended up ripping that out and using some fly mesh. Eventually, I may put something better in, but for now, it's fine.

    Specs:
    Asus A8V-MX
    Athlon64 3700+
    2x 256MB PC2700
    GeForce 2 MX 32MB
    PCI Firewire card
    KNE111 NIC
    Seagate 120GB PATA
    Lite-ON 52x CDROM
    Antec 330W PSU

    Anyway, here's the pics:

looks good Big B, the cutting looks a bit rough side though or is it just me? I guess the mesh helps with cooling?

Yeah, in a few places, I should've taken a little more time to file down the edges, but it's one of the best cuts I've made with a Dremel.

Yup. Sanded down and repainted. I also rigged up a new power button as I had issues getting the case power button to work.

Around 12" x 13". It's taped on from the back, and since it wasn't there to fit precisely in the window, I just cut a section from the roll and then trimmed it as needed.
