Hi all! I'm new here, and looking for some unbiased advice.

I just bought a new very basic PC and am a bit concerned about what I thought I was getting to what I actually did get.

What was advertised was a Foxconn P4M9007MB Motherboard. When I opened up the case, I discovered that what was actually in there was a Foxconn G31MV-K.

I'm not looking for reviews, but what I would like to know is if the G31MV-K is better or worst in comparison to the advertised P4M9007MB.

I realize sometimes substitutions happen, but if I got an inferior MB in comparison, I may raise this as an issue. If it is better ... I will keep my mouth shut.

    Thanks everyone!!

    Jenn
