I need help on how I can extend my wireless internet range
Products that are used are from SMC
I bought a 7dbi wireless extender, but at times I still lose signal
Anyone know how I can improve my signal with my router (located upstairs)

*In theory* it's quite straightforward. All you simply need to do is have a wireless range extender, or a wireless access point that can double as one, that will be used to relay the signal to the router. Just make sure that they are on the same channel, that they use the same encryption method and keys as each other and that, if there is another wireless channel in the area (such as your neighbours), that the two networks don't share the same channel.

On the other hand, I say in theory as I'm still trying to get my own wireless network working smoothly so it's a bit of a hit-and-miss affair. :crash:
