Ok so i am having following problem..

When I try to play a game it suddenly freezes. It stops and plays a sound repeated very fast like if the cd is scratched for a few seconds. I can't do anything when it freezes,I have to reset it every time when it happens.

So this happens between 2 and 20 minutes after starting a game, often very early. It ONLY happens in games, not in normal applications.
And it happens with few games only (e.g. age of empires 3, perfect world)

I know problem is in my graphic card because when i remove my card and play the game it works excellent.I am using Nvidia GeForce 8400 GS.

any1 can help me out please???? :(

do you have drivers up to date?
and it sounds like a memory problem rather then GPU, did you check temperature handling of your GPU (use furmark)

Yeah right Ghost. I also think like that somewhere somehow there is a heat problem.

Check your RAM, had a similar problem but with only one game.
You can use Memtest +64 or something like that.
