Help determing stats of this PSU

    Hey,
    I have this outdated SHAW psu but I would know to know how to read its tables. And if i can upgrade my 9400gt to any thing else. Also my case is a SHAW Tornado 680, and if i had to upgrade my psu which ones would i be able to get.
