I'm having a terrible time finding the right laptop and it has usually come down to the same thing: bad gfx. Either that or price. But basically if anyone can link me to a laptop with a at least an X600/6600 video card for under $1300. I'm willing to spend a bit more by bumping up the ram and getting another battery but otherwise that's what I'd like. Can anyone help?
I found THIS on http://www.exactchoice.com . It comes with 128MB X600 Graphics which i think can be turned into a 256MB version! But don't hold me to that! Hope you like
Thanks man, I looked at that before and it was pretty good but with a few faults unfortunately, it's 9.3lbs. and has a Pentium 4 so the battery life will be pretty low Sorry I should have mentioned that before. Thanks for looking though. I was very pleased when I came across this though: http://www.pro-star.com/index.cfm?mainpage=productdetail&model=3724 I trust Prostar, their laptops are very similar to what Sager offers and they look nice too.
S'alright HP aren'nt known for making light laptops are they? It's really hard to find a laptop to somebody's exact specs is'nt it? If it was a desktop it'd be a piece of cake but i'll keep looking!
