The Gigabyte GA-K8NS PRO board is probably the most rounded one of all and based on the newest chipset. On the other hand, if you don't want alot of features and want to save money, the MSI K8T Neo FSR or the Chaintech one would be a good bet.

I haven't used any Chaintech boards so I can't comment on their quality, but I have used boards from Asus, Abit, MSI and Gigabyte. MSI is probably the best bet for value, especially if you're not going to use all the features of the Gigabyte K8NS Pro. Asus is great, as is Abit, but sometimes they are able to mark up a little because of their names.
