Yup...guess we're getting up there. Also, the way things are going, I bet the team position will be in the top 2000 teams by the end of the year (possibly even October by the looks of it).
Sorry I haven't been folding more, but I'm on a multi-user workstation here at home, and my workstation at work is stand-alone... :swt: I'm going to start using F@H as a burn-in test on all the systems I build from now on though. 24-48 hours each, so that should help at least a little bit.
I do find that F@H gets the CPU a little hotter than Prime 95, so I'll probably use that if I do any heatsink reviews.
Yeah, so basically, the next person to turn over a WU will send us past the 2k mark in team rankings. Hopefully we'll get more people onboard, because i've noticed the positions slowing down rapidly.
well i've done: 30 - 80 frames on 3 machines and 100 - 150 on 2 machines (after being on for about 14 hours) i would have run it on my machine at home, which is fast however one of my Antec fans broke subsequently i have 1 fan in my pc, and a really crappy heatsink.. i need a really really good heatsink for a 2500+ and 2 more Antec 120mm..
Well you'll be pleased to know that i should be arriving on our team page within a few days with between 3 - 7 WU's (quite slow machines but still) also i have discussed the oppurtunity with my boss and he has agreed to install some point this week Folding on all the machines in the company (on low priority) + on one of our Xeon's so i'll hopefully be a good addition
Speed folding, yo. The faster you turn in results, the more points you get, and how people are ranked.
LOL, the Xeon i put folding on at work did one 2,500,000 peice WU since i left work at 16:00pm! (its now 23:50pm) hope me boss left it running
