I have a dell poweredge server with 4 hard drives that show up as 2 in a RAID1 configuration. One of them is bad and it tells me its degraded on bootup: https://imgur.com/Z9uctMx

How can I figure out which of the 4 it is if the SMART values of all are okay? I can scan all the sectors, but I am looking for a faster solution if possible.

Also, when I figure out which hard drive it is, do I just replace it and it rebuilds the RAID? Or do I have to follow some steps for it to do it?

    Thanks!

Hardware: Dell powedge server (dont have model with me), four 1 TB hard drives in a RAID 1 config, 32 gig ram, windows 2008 server

Probably either one that is on SATA port 0 or 1 is broken. Those on SATA ports 2 and 3 probably OK.

To rebuild RAID, probably have to see CTRL-R menu.
