I have an HP Officejet J6480 connected to a computer using Windows XP. I just installed Office 2010, and find I cannot change default settings for color printing from within Office 2010 programs. If I change the color setting, click OK, and print, it prints in the default color setting for the printer (whatever that may be). I can change any other kind of setting. The printer works fine, I can print and configure the print with no problem from Office 2003 and other programs that are still on the computer. My driver is up to date. Help!
