I built this myself and I think I need advice

    I'd have to agree that it is a sweet PSU. Good amps and wattage, reliable and trusted :)

    Oh, I read that. I think that's one of the things that made me decide on the Seasonic.

    Just a quick update....and a further question. I didn't buy the 600 W Seasonic S12 PSU, I got the 500W as it was more readily available.

    However, looking at the specs, it's got more than enough ampage on the +3.3V rail and +5V rail, but only has 17A on the +12V1 and 16A on the +12V2 rails.

    I have an MSI K8N Platinum Sli, and the product site recommends a PSU with at least 18A on the +12V rails. Will 17A and 16A have a problem in running an Athlon 64 3500+ and a Geforce 7800GT? Will this PSU run two 7800GTs should I decide to buy another in the future?
