    I'm considering buying this laptop:
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834230111

I've been researching all the details I can find about Intel's sandy bridge CPU/motherboard recall due to SATA degradation, I want to know for sure if this laptop won't have that issue, because it is a refurbished model and may not have been recalled due to the issue of degradation like other newegg computers were. Does anyone know?

The recall was on Desktop motherboards with the P67 chipset. all the info i can find states this laptop has the HM65 Express Chipset. so it shouldn't be effected.
