so this is my situation... ...when I open internet explorer my computer freezes then when I restart it and I click on my user name to log in and it freezes. over and over again. the only way then to get into my computer is to go into safe mode, then when I restart from safe mode and try loging in on my user name in normal mode it will work... but then explorer still will freeze it... https://freeringtone365.com/sound-effect-tones/ -I've used Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to try to remove anything bad, and AVG to look for something that would be attacking me.. but there both clean... at this point I would say to just reinstall windows.. but with this computer I would like to avoid it if at all possible! any tips or advice would be helpful!! https://www.youtube.com/@Freeringtone365
