    I dont know what the distance thing is all about. It cant be my distance from london, especially when sniper lives not far from me!

    it should be 16MB but usually connect at around 10MB down / 1MB up, currently with bulldog broadband.

    I got different results heh. (Used pcpitstop.com also) But I guess its up to 7.5 Mbps.

    holy shit karan...those are some good speeds but the latency is a bit high?
    Anyways I upgraded from my 3mb connection to the 5mb DSL package, Here's the difference in speeds:

    Although usually the down speed is incredibly jumpy and varies from about 200KB/s to 30KB/s (like 1.8Mb/s to about 256Kb/s)

    I doubt that this is correct because this test isnt working on this computer again and it wasnt working before as well. I dont know how it worked at that time.

    how iz it possible? Your connection speed is 5Mb and your download speed is 6640kb, which is more than 6Mb?? :confused:..... same as your fist post.

    @ B, you've got nice upload speed as compared to your download :good:

    It's rated at 5mb. How I get 6 iunno.

    ISP's occasionally give u higher speed than their own ratings ... nothing to complain about :)
