Now then, after coming back from a trip to London I discover that my PC doesn't work. I try a different plug in the back suspecting it might be a fuse and then as you can imagine to my joy the fireworks start. A beautifull white flash follows coming from the PSU. Just for a laugh I try changing the fuse and test it. No suprises, it doesn't work. Next I open the PSU and see a popped fuse solderd to the PSU board. The shop I take it to switches the fuse making sure they've put the correct size in and I take it home carefully installing it. I come to switching it on and then.... Nothing. So, my PSU is probably goosed. But what other things do you think are going to be goosed? Is it time to take it to a repair shop and get the old volt/amp/resistance meter out? Help!
