Not sure if anybody here watches F1, but for me, Jenson Button's victory in Hungary on Sunday was just awesome! A consistant drive all the way through the race, in the wet. And great pit work by the Honda crew.

Alonso and Button's overtaking moves on Schumi were awe inspiring.

    Go Jenson! :)

I was reading about it on Mobile WAP when I was at work (bored on my break), though I've not watched F1 for a number of years now.

Didn't he have a penalty issued for something and started 10th or something?

didnt actually watch it but read all bout it on the way to work. all i can say is thank god and about bloody time! he started 14th on the grid but still managed to bring england some pride! (unlike most other of our national sports)

Though obviously the wins a good result i cant help but think his win was in part helped by the tech problems suffered by others.

but still, a wins a win!!

Button first, McLaren second and Williams third.
A good day for the UK all round :)

Hehe, Nick Heidfelt is a BMW driver; it was BMW on the podium, not Williams!

BMW parted company from Williams last year

Oh well, 1-2 is good enough I suppose.

What engine have williams got now if its not BMW?

Cosworth for this year, but they've just signed a new deal with Toyota to supply engines from 2007 and beyond.

It has to be said that Williams are no longer a top team, midfield at best. They haven't scored a point in the last 7 races and they currently lie 8th in the constructor's championship :(

I haven't watched F1 in a few years, and I want to start again. Not because of Jenson Button, but I'm really into driving/racing at the moment.

Unfortunately there won't be another race for a few weeks yet, as they are on their summer break. But the good news is the next race is at Turkey, which always produces an exciting race
