When playing a fullscreen game, openGL or D3D, the windows default cursor bleeds through, covering the reticule or trailing the in game cursor at an offset. I have a Leadtek GEforce 2 DDR 32 megs ram, and the original MS intellimouse explorer. The problem occured after a clean installation of win98se, for the heck of it, I decided to install the video card drivers off the cd, instead of download first like I normally do. This stuck a whole bunch of extra useless Leadtek windows in my display properties, which in itself is no major deal. However, when I uninstall my video drivers and install the normal Nvidia drivers, those extra leadtech windows are STILL there! This tells me the problem is probably originating from those original leadtek drivers, and I have no clue how to COMPLETELY be rid of them short of formatting again.
