Can you get into BIOS and check what the CPU temp is? Is the CPU fan spinning?
Also, have you checked you're RAM with Memtest?
I've not heard of Zebronics before, but after checking a Google search, I would make haste to get something else. 500W should still be fine, but I would look for Antec or Seasonic. As best I can tell, Zebronics is garbage, so even if it's not the problem here, I would replace it no matter what.

    Yeah, like 22A to +12V rail :D

    That sucks.

Yeah, that too. It would've been fine in the Pentium 4 era (which the internals may very well be based), but not today. Pretty much everything inside a computer runs off the 12V rail, save some legacy stuff. I think most 500W have at least 30A on the 12V, not to mention decent 400W+ units. That Zebronics is bad enough, I wouldn't be surprised to see it packaged in the notorious case+PSU "value" packages. It looks like Apevia/Aspire has some competition in the crap department.

So, TL;DR: the PSU sucks, replace it before it takes your rig with it.

Install a free antivirus program for your PC. or you have to check first your processor fan is working properly of not? Go to Start -> Run -> then type %temp% (delete all temp files) that are increase your system speed.
