the memory doesn't matter, as long as the video card you're getting supports the resolution of your monitor, you should be fine.

o ok cause my video card has 320mb of memory but it supports 2600x1500 resolution. So it will work on my 25inch LCD tv? Would any PSU with a 24 pin connector work in my computer(i have a MID-TOWER case) or do i have to check the size?

Yeah that will work (your card is a 8800GTS right?) and yes, as long as your PSU is an ATX power supply, it will fit.

    try this:

right-click on desktop -> properties -> settings: and select the tv monitor or extend your view to this monitor option.

if that doesn't work, go to the nvidia control panel and select the advanced settings view and select "set up multiple displays" in the left side of the window. see if your tv appears on the list.

sadly, nvidia has removed this feature from the new drivers, as you may have noticed, the control panel is different than what it was before. there is "ntune" but it don't recommend it because of the issues it has concerning stability and it is considered as "bloatware". Then there's speedfan, but you have to do some command line stuff to read nvidia gfx card. If you don't do it, it will read some ridiculously high temperature which will slightly shock you:eek: .
the article on the command line is here and to download speedfan is here

    hope these help

is it true that the 320mb version of the 8800 gts has lots of problems?
