[ot] i make them in GIMP[/ot]just do a image search on google the edit the images together with GIMP or the Win version is here[ot]but don't forget in Win you'll need the GTK+ runtime libraries[/ot]
Nice work this one Dave...It luks like an old patriot :good: [ot]I was thinking in my mind...Are we going to hire hot chicks like that in the sig of yours for our Boat as well??[/ot]
 [ot] dunno, she is hot, what d you think[/ot] Edit: i've also edited a few images ready for use as a sig pic like (background is tranparent in .xcf)

just go to google's main page & click "Images" & type a description of the pics (e.g. "sexy") you want & click "Search" & pages & pages of pics will come up [ot] hmmm...I think so! Look at her figure.... Shez completely looking 36 24 36...isnt she? [/QUOTE]yeah, she's very hot[/ot] Edit: i made that sig pic with these and some playing with GIMP i like having fun with GIMP
lol...seems like u hv learned quite a bit... Can u tell me..plz how u add that Back ground in the back of a pic?? I only knw about one thing which is Making Front pic transparent....so u cn see the bg but then u also see some effects of bg in tat pic as wel..... So can u please tell me that...plz plz plz...
dunno, but i do remember that one of the borders was transparent when image was .xcf, i think it was created when i saved as .jpg (as .jpg does not support transparency)[ot]beyond that, it's like you said (can't find it, but it was something like this)[/ot] BTW: i need more playtime with GIMP[ot]if i remember anymore, i'll let you know[/ot]Edit: and make sure all layers are merged down, as layers can be not included in the conversion to .jpg Edit: i think "flatten image" was also used[ot]does flatten image do the same thing as merge down ?[/ot] Edit: the original .xcf also has a shadow border inside the transparency, i don't know how i did that[ot]i try to recreate it[/ot]
well, you won't regret switching to GIMP[ot]the more i use GIMP the more i love it[/ot]BTW: this is my 1st serious sig[ot]ive had sig pics before but they were crap, that's why i assumed you thought it was crap here, sorry[/ot]
good, thankies[ot]do you want a sig pic making[/ot]BTW: please give me a brief description of what you want or some images you would like[ot]if you want a sig pic[/ot]
Wow! i completely understood how u have created this signature  [ot] lol...I have never used that flatten image feature so i dont knw wat it does... [/ot]
i've remembered, i resized the pic (smaller) and created a new sig pic (500 X 200) & did a few stuff to the blank transparency and pasted the pic (smaller sig) into the transparency) and saved it as .jpg (i think) :good: well it appears to merge all layers[ot]but i could be wrong[/ot] so i was right (well, nearly) can't wait to see it
