Hi guys, I have recently built a pc- and I see now afterwards my gpu runs on x8 in pcie 3.0:S
But it might be only on idle...? - or is it possible to change the x16 slot (8/8) to (16).
Anyways, if that isnt the solution I might have to install the gpu in to pcie slot- which then the problem would be this : http://imageshack.us/a/img259/8173/img3672b.jpg
Yes... my NH-D14 pulls hot air from gpu, which is good - but the problem is: If I am not mistaking(by the pictue, I dont remember)the cooler is covering the top pcie slot... - So is this a big deal and/or can I just rotate the cpu heatsink, or change some kind of setting in the BIOS for the pcie to make it x16 instead of x8/x8?
New to this forum guys, thanks in advance :)
