hi a stupid thing has happened a ring has fell into my printer and the paper will not feed through keep getting message paper jammed but it is the ring causing the problem i have tried turning the printer upside down and giving it a good shake but it will not budge is there a way i can get it out without causing more damage my printer is an epsom DX4050 would be very grateful for any advice as i know nothing about the internal workings of printers thanks :doh:
Unplug.Remove all paper. and use what ever you have too to get it out,or it will damage the printer heads.. you might have to pull it apart..
