I've decided to build my own rig, instead of buying a pre-built or buying one I choose the parts for. because it's cheaper and I think would be a good experience :). I'm just worried I will buy the wrong part, or wont buy enough parts etc. So I am posting here to see if i have the right stuff.

Also any upgrades/changes are welcome, apologies if it's terrible. Also it's a computer for gaming.

    Couple of thoughts.
You go all out on a K CPU, which allows some overclocking headroom, but your board is not really meant for real overclocking. Maybe the -Pro version of the board would be a better option, alternatively just get the 3770 CPU. Your call.
These 3770K CPUs can get pretty hot and I would opt for the Freezer 13 cooler. That Freezer 7 will be OK, but may be stretched to keep that CPU at 60C.
With that CPU and GPU may I recommend you consider a PSU with some headroom. That 400W unit may do, but its pushing it to the limits. Suggest a CX500 or CX600.
