    Hello all,

So I recently had to replace my motherboard due to the old one dying and being out of warranty. I got the Asus z97 Gryphon mATX motherboard.
Swapped out motherboard no problem but the SB_PWR led is on solid, not flashing but solid. I have no issues with my system, everything works great.
I checked the manual for my motherboard and while it does mention literally all the other leds on the board (even the bios flashback one right next to this one) there is no mention of this led, aside form the initial overall diagram. I have included pictures of my system with the led on and a screenshot of the manual with the led labeled. I just want to know what the heck this is?! Any issue this is alerting me of or how to get the led to turn off? I will be re-doing my system later this year to a white color scheme and this green is seriously gonna ruin that. Plus I'd like to know if my system is at risk and trying to tell me something.

SB_PWR likely means StandBy_Power. So it says that standby power is OK so most probably there is nothing wrong. If it's blinking, then you may have problem.

There should be two wires, try reversing the wires.. or just unplug it, but thats only if it is not your main power source..
