    Hi guys,

a few months ago I bought a laptop with built-in bluetooth.

Originally, there was the Toshiba-own bluetooth stack/driver installed which was 'adequate'. However, in order to get increased functionality I had to uninstall the driver and let Vista install its own M$ stack/driver. This worked fine until I switched the PC off, turned it on again the next day, and it no longer even recognises that the PC has anything bluetooth-related (according to Device Manager).

On the front of the laptop there is a switch which toggles whether Bluetooth AND Wifi are switched on, and my Wifi is still functional as ever, if that helps. I tried switching this on and off and restarting combos etc to no avail. It used to make the device connected sound every time I turned it on before though, but not now.

Anyone know how to solve this?
