    hello,

i have a 3930k 3.2ghz cpu, all settings in bios set to auto, once upon a time i was able to get a turbo boost to 3.8ghz (factory boost standard) but now it doesnt go above 3.5ghz

cpu temps are around 40c - 50c when i run prime 95 , it stays on 3.5 NEVER above

since my bios is auto why will it not go above 3.5?

When all cores are under load, Turbo boost will not raise clocks. Try Prime95 with single thread and see what happens.

Windows power management settings OK? Turbo not disabled in BIOS? CPU runs hotter than before?
