Hi, everyone. Here are my current system's specs:
    AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ (2.31GHZ)
    4GB DDR2 (202MHZ)
    Nvidia GeForce 6150SE (integrated)

I was recently given a computer with the following specs:
    Inten Celeron D 360 (3.46GHZ)
    2GB DDR2 (533MHZ)
    Intel 82954G (integrated)

Which of the two is the "faster" system? The free computer has less ram, but it runs at a faster speed, and also has a faster processor. It's maxed out at 2GB of ram, but I could spend $40 on a video card with 1GB of memory. Both machines are running Windows 7 Ultimate. Any ideas?

Can number one take more ram ? I gather number two is 32 bit ? they both look pretty close, but the 32 bit would be faster..

Both systems are maxed out regarding ram. I am just wondering if a 2.31Ghz processor and 4GB ram are faster than a 3.46Ghz processor and 2gb of ram. Both systems are running the 32-bit versions of Windows 7.

If both are running windows 7 32 bit, then the one with 4 gigs of ram would be better..But it will only show 3.25 gigs of the 4 gigs of ram..

The first one with the AMD processor is better 3 GHz is good but not if you're limited on RAM
