you answered your own question, you are downloading from winmx and sharaza, you most likely picked up a virus, your on-board virus protection may have been disabled by it so do a on-line scan and see whats up.

if it comes up clean, or you still have the trouble post back with what you find, or if you added any hardware or software just before this started.

The reason i do not tell them to download AVG, unless they are looking for a anti virus program is usually they have something now, and most will not uninstall the one they have before they install the new one causing more problems then they had before. so if you do download avg remove your current anti virus software before you install.

Yep most problems occur when one AV scans another's virus signature database and you get a false positive alert.

If you've got 6 viruses/trojans then its probably best to start over with a reformat and clean install of Windows.

Download [google]Aida32[/google] and it will tell you that with your motherboard.
The other way would be to check the PC health section of your BIOS.

those temps you posted are not a problem, a little high, but not enough to cause a reboot. addis is right, back up your stuff and do a clean install or you will be spending alot of time trying to repair a system that is not going to be right again unless you reinstall.

NV4. means it's part of an nVidia driver set, so you'll want to get some different drivers. You'll want to get the latest you can from nVidia's website and install those. If those don't work, you may have to try some different driver revisions.

I'm glad you caught that error message. It sounds like the driver you're using right now just has some glitch with your system for whatever reason.
