The only option I can think of on the PC side is Sony Vegas. I'm not sure whether or not it supports 1080@60p though (you're right, google isn't too helpful on this one).

What seems to be the issue exactly? Lots of drivers are not signed, so that's not a problem and you can safely 'continue anyway'. Just make sure you downloaded the driver from a trust worthy source, and it's listed as compatible with the OS.
