It was based on price over performance for your particular needs and wants. This build will last you AT LEAST 3 years. As far as keeping up with games... then when you notice a decrease in video performance you'll just need a new video card.

As far as I know you can swap out the fan just has to 120mm.
I agree that the Freezer 7 pro rev.2 is a decent cooler. It is more expensive than the Hyper 212+, it also doesn't move as much air.
Alright I'll price out a build for you tomorrow. As far as the HDD/SSD is concerned... have the SSD as your boot drive, you can also put the programs/games you use a lot on there for fast accessing. Then just use your HDD as a secondary for like movies, pics, other programs and what not.

You should be good with the Coolermaster Hyper 212+. If the fan does cover up a RAM slot, you can just switch the fan around to the other side. Hope this helped.
Yes be careful you're not getting ripped off. You'd probably be better off to buy the parts yourself, and put it together. Building a computer is not as hard as a lot of people think.
