Ok, here is the thing. When i first got CS:S a in 2004, everything ran smoothly online. Great FPS, no lag! Now, I have recently gotten back into plsying, but may average FPS is 14? I have the most recent drivers and the same unchanged hardware. I would really like to enjoy playing again, but...
