dear sirs, i have a new problem with me. now when i turn on my computer it boots up and the desktop appears and suddenly alongside the mouse pointer hourglass comes and the desktop icons vanishes and only the colour of the background appears for seconds then the desktop icons comes again. i checked the graphics card, changed the monitor with another but the problem persists. how can i correct this problem? please help me.
does after the desktop icons comeback everything works in order? what operating system you posses on your PC?
