cool so it aint my motherboard? also the motherboard i have has a 24 pin connector but my 500w psu has only got 20pins but the manual said it should be ok but i was wondering if it wasnt thanks

hi, i am building my own computer and have so far put a ATA sata harddrive a sound card motherboard and psu, when i tried to boot it to see the led fans it booted for about 15secs and then turned off, is this because i dont have any ram graphics card and processar installed? or is it worse...

hi im building my own computer and have come across a hitch............processar, i think ill go for amd but i dont no the speeds i.e does 3000+ mean 3.0ghz because someone said it didnt and only means 2.2ghz which is shocking because id like one over 2.6ghz and mayve 64 bit i dunno can anyone...

ok sorry but how do i know that it didnt get dropped at the store or at the factory made? when i run disk check after it finishes on my old hdd it disapears it doesnt tell me if any are wrong or faulty am i doing anything wrong

dude ur a ledgend! so ur telling me i can have a sata mother board a sata harddisk but i can still have an ide dvd drive and power supply? as in i can have an sata mother board and harddisk and EVERYTHING else can be IDE? Rob

hi i just bout a sata hard disk and am gonna by a sata mother board but im wondering do i have to have a sata disk drive or am i allowed a IDE dvd disk drive? because i dont no if they are doing sata dvd drives? THAnks Rob
