Looking to buy a hard disc drive cooler. The sort that fit into 5.25 bay, but does not attach to (nor enclose) the HDD itself, as I will be using mobile-rack. Must have relatively quiet fan operation. Recommendations of brand/model numbers welcomed.

This is maybe a stupid question, but have not been able to find answer on Google so...will an IDE DVD burner copy DVDs/CDs to a SATA DVD burner? Also, is an IDE hard disk drive required for an IDE DVD burner?
